Most re-enactors choose to stick to one period, but a few people split their time between two or more different eras. Mike, who has been a member of the vikings for more years than he would like to admit, has clothing and weapons for a great number of periods, and brought his 17th century kit to Llangollen. His excuse is that he's a qualified professional stage fight arranger, but we know he just likes to collect lots of swords.
